TARIFF

The standard rates for the room are £45.00 for a double room per night.
The charge for single occupancy of a double room is £25.00 per night.
Bookings will be held open until 19.00 hours unless a deposit has been paid or by alternative arrangement.
We now have 3 double rooms available:

The Purbeck room: looking out over the Purbeck Hills, this is a pretty room which is simply but attractively decorated. It has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The Rose room: looks out over our rear garden, this room is light and airy with a rose theme. It has a bath/shower, toilet and wash basin.

The Isle of White room: a view over Swanage and across the bay towards the Isle of Wight, this room has a wash basin with a separate bath and toilet.

There will be two more double rooms to complete our accommodation facilities.

Dining room: the buffet breakfast is served from 08.30 hours (or earlier by arrangement) in an attractive New England styled room, with traditional willow pattern pottery. It has a conservatory extension which looks onto the rear garden.

Out-of-hours facilities: guests are free to use their room and the conservatory at any time during their stay. A guests' kitchen is on the second floor for the purposes of making tea and coffee which is provided at no additional charge. There is also a refrigerator and a microwave oven.

Whatever your choice of holiday activity, we will do our best to make sure you enjoy your time with us at The Little Manor.

We are the new owners and in the process of completely redecorating The Little Manor. It is a bigger job than we initially expected but it is proving an interesting challenge to Nev's interior design skills.
The Little Manor
welcomes visitors to Swanage in the Isle of Purbeck, on the South Coast of England. We offer a selection of bed and breakfast accommodation in a friendly atmosphere.
Although it is a small friendly guest house built of Purbeck Stone and listed as a building of architectural interest. It is about one mile from the sea and has beautiful, uninterrupted views over the Purbeck Hills.

Swanage is well known and appreciated for all it has to offer for an ideal family holiday or even a weekend break by the sea. It is set in a delightful bay with safe, sandy beaches below the Purbeck Hills.

The surrounding countryside has wonderful cliff walks, up to the Great Globe and Lighthouse at Durlston Head and along to Dancing Ledge, Kimmeridge Bay, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door for the energetic. To the other side there are the long sandy beaches and dunes of Studland, Shell Bay and Sandbanks for the not so energetic!

Inland are the historic towns of Wareham and Dorchester and the charming villages of Corfe Castle, Langton and Worth Matravers. Bournemouth and Poole across the Sandbanks Ferry have a great variety of entertainments, live shows, cinemas, large shops and the Bournemouth International Centre.

Guests are asked to vacate their room at the latest by 11.00 am on the day of departure; otherwise a supplementary charge may be made.

In the interests of all guests, The Little Manor is a no smoking establishment. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in the house and particularly in their room which can be very unpleasant for subsequent guests.

Dogs: we are both animal lovers and have several pets. However, in the interests of all our guests and following some unfortunate experiences, we are unable to permit pets in the rooms.
