Welcome to Morton House Hotel
Morton House is a family run 19th century hotel, we have ran it as a hotel for more than twenty years, after a short period of leasing out the hotel, the original owners have returned.
We are renovating all the bedrooms with new beds and furniture, these are all immaculately presented, with exceptional housekeeping
Originally it was a coaching house, you can see where the horses went through into the stables at the back, and the stables have been converted to two en-suite bedrooms.
We are situated on the main road through the village of Castle Donington
The village is minutes from the motorways M1, M42 and the newA50 link from the M1 to the M6.
East midlands airport and Donington racetrack are minutes away from us, the cities of Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby are only a short drive, and the nearest train station is Long Eaton.
All the bedrooms have tea and coffee facilities, colour TV all prices include quality full English breakfast, (with the morning papers) lighter choices are also available.
The hotel is fully licensed, and there is a cosy bar at the front of the building, meals are available from the menu, and normally there is a daily set meal.
